Deposits and Final Payments
A deposit of $300 per RV is due upon reservation confirmation. Final payment is due on date of pickup.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is four rental days.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund is given up to 30 days before rental period starts. Under 30 days the deposit is nonrefundable.
Pets
No pets are allowed in rentals unless for non-sighted renters.
Recreational Vehicles
Recreational vehicles utilized by Adventure RV Center are late model, fully equipped and self-contained. The size utilized will be determined by the size of the party and availability. Adventure RV Center reserves the right to assign units at its discretion.
RV Pickup and Drop Off Times
Units will be available for pickup between 2:00pm - 4:00pm on the day before. Drop off by 10am.
RV Driver Qualifications
Guests designated as RV Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by a government agency. Drivers must complete and sign the rental agreement.
Non-Smoking Policy
In the interest of providing a pleasurable experience for all of our guests, Adventure RV Center mantains a no smoking policy in its units.
Recreational Vehicle Insurance
Adventure RV Center provides comprehensive collision and liability insurance for its RVs. This insurance, less a $500 deductible, will cover incidents involving your RV in much the same manner as your own automoble policy. Details of specific coverage are included in your rental agreement.
RV Damage Deposit
An RV damage deposit equal to the $500 insurance deductible is required at the time the RV is picked up. Deposits must be made by qualifying credit card. Deposits will be fully refunded upon the return of the RV in satisfactory condition. Any vehicle damage, shortage or cleaning will be deducted from the deposit up to the $500 deductible limit.
